Starting the 2024-25 School Year with Spirit and Success: Back-to-School Bear Fundraiser

This year, we kicked off the 2024-25 school year with an unforgettable event that brought our school community together for fun, creativity, and a meaningful cause. The Back-to-School Bear Fundraiser was a roaring success—literally! Students had the opportunity to stuff their own cuddly animal, complete with a matching spirit day t-shirt. Not only did this activity spark joy, but it also provided a unique keepsake for the new school year.

A Day Filled with Fun and Memories

From the moment students arrived, excitement was in the air. Tables were set up with fluffy bear bodies, stuffing, and adorable t-shirts showcasing our school spirit. Each child got to bring their stuffed animal to life, choosing just the right amount of fluff to make their new buddy perfect.

Once their bears were complete, the fun continued with a special photo opportunity. Students posed proudly with their animals in their matching spirit day shirts, creating cherished memories with their friends and teachers. These photos weren’t just snapshots—they were symbols of unity and the amazing things we can achieve when we work together.

Fundraising for a Worthy Cause

The best part of the event? Every bear stuffed and every smile shared contributed to an important goal: raising the last bit of funds needed to install the school’s new playground. Thanks to the incredible support from our students, families, and community, we raised a total of $2,038.79 during the fundraiser!

A Playground on the Horizon

With the funds from the Back-to-School Bear Fundraiser, we are thrilled to announce that the playground installation is now fully funded. This playground will provide a safe and fun space for our students to play, explore, and grow for years to come.
